The original plan to document Climate Act costs was to provide costs to ratepayers for various implementation programs. That information is not provided or is hidden so well that I could not find it for most programs. I am documenting different accounting for costs in a series of scorecards. This scorecard tracks Department of Public Service proceedings that directly subsidize Climate Act transition to net-zero through assessments on ratepayers.
