The original plan to document Climate Act costs was to provide costs to ratepayers for various implementation programs. That information is not provided or is hidden so well that I could not find it for most programs. I am documenting different accounting for costs in a series of scorecards. This scorecard lists cost overruns and hidden costs that were not included for components of the Climate Act necessary to make the transition to net-zero.
